1. Digital Delivery

All products offered by Wingage Technologies are digital software products. Upon purchase, customers will receive access to the software via login credentials, or other means of digital delivery. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Delivery Time

Once the payment is successfully processed, the digital welcome kit will be delivered to the email address provided by the customer within 72 hours. In some cases, there might be a processing time, but this will not exceed 96 hours.

3. Access to Software

After purchase, customers can access their software through the WhatsCom portal. Detailed instructions for downloading and installing the software will be provided in the confirmation email.

4. Failed Delivery

If you do not receive the digital product within the expected time frame, please check your spam/junk email folder or contact our support team at support@wingage.co for assistance.

5. Subscription Renewals

For subscription-based software, renewals will be handled automatically through the payment method provided. You will receive a notification before the renewal takes place, and the updated software will be accessible immediately after the renewal is processed.
