1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within the first 15 days of the subscription start date. After the 15-day period, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining months of your subscription.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, except in the case service terms are not met by us or if you cancel within 24 hours of the initial purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Setup Fees: Any setup or installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
  • Custom Development: Fees for any custom development work, including integration with third-party services, are non-refundable.
  • Promotional Offers: Services purchased under special promotions or discounts are non-refundable.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@wingage.co with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
  • We will review your request within 7 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

4. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be provided if the service was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Refunds will not be provided if the software was accessed or used excessively in a way that suggests the service was fully utilized before the request.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

Wingage Technologies reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
